F\u00fcr die sp\u00e4tere Verwendung beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Bereiten Sie die Reisnudeln vor, indem Sie sie in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit kochendem Wasser \u00fcbergie\u00dfen, bis sie vollst\u00e4ndig bedeckt sind. Etwa 7 bis 10 Minuten im hei\u00dfen Wasser lassen, bis sie weich sind, dabei alle 1 bis 2 Minuten umschwenken. Gut abtropfen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Sind Sie bereit, loszulegen? Nehmen Sie das Reispapier, tauchen Sie es in eine Sch\u00fcssel mit hei\u00dfem Wasser und drehen Sie es etwa 15 bis 20 Sekunden lang hin und her, bis es beginnt, weich zu werden. Legen Sie das aufgeweichte Papier auf ein Schneidebrett und tupfen Sie es etwas trocken, damit es beim Bef\u00fcllen nicht zu nass und klebrig ist.<\/li>\n<li>Legen Sie die Karotten, die Gurken und die roten Paprikastifte auf das untere Drittel des Wraps.
