In meinen ersten Jahren war ich recht gut, aber ich wuchs sp\u00e4ter als andere, so dass meine Konkurrenten st\u00e4rker und schneller waren als ich. Ich wollte etwas machen, das ich gut kann, und ich merkte, dass ich besser laufen kann. Nach der High School hatte ich die M\u00f6glichkeit, meine Zeit mit Training zu verbringen, und ich wurde immer besser.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Jeder Sportler steht vor Herausforderungen. K\u00f6nnen Sie von einer besonderen Herausforderung berichten, der Sie begegnet sind, und wie Sie sie \u00fcberwunden haben? <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Magnus: Ich w\u00fcrde sagen, wahrscheinlich Krankheit und Verletzungen. Auch, wenn man nicht auf das Training reagiert und nicht versteht, warum man nicht besser wird. Wenn du trainierst und denkst, dass du gut in Form bist, aber wenn es dann im Wettkampf nicht so gut l\u00e4uft, ist es manchmal wirklich schwer zu verstehen, warum. Nat\u00fcrlich, im Sport, <strong>die H\u00f6hen sind sehr hoch und die Tiefen sind sehr niedrig.<\/strong> Von einem Tag auf den anderen kann man mit einem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden und am n\u00e4chsten Tag frustriert sein.<br\/>\n<br\/>Es ist wie mit dem Skifahren - ich wollte nicht an Wettk\u00e4mpfen teilnehmen, weil es mir peinlich war, so weit hinter den anderen Jungs zu sein. Aber jetzt habe ich meinen Sport gefunden!<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumnsWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Sie haben im Dezember die Silbermedaille bei den Europameisterschaften gewonnen - wie war das Gef\u00fchl, eine so gro\u00dfe Leistung zu vollbringen?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Magnus: Das war nat\u00fcrlich toll, weil es meine erste Medaille war. Vor dem Wettkampf lief mein Training super gut und es war mein Ziel, eine Medaille zu gewinnen. Nat\u00fcrlich ist es nie einfach, eine Medaille zu gewinnen, und so f\u00fchlte es sich wirklich gut an. Das meiste, was ich erreicht hatte, waren gute Zeiten auf der Bahn, und endlich meine erste internationale Medaille zu gewinnen, war unglaublich.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Was sind Ihre Ziele f\u00fcr die kommende Saison?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Magnus: Was die Zeit angeht, w\u00fcrde ich gerne die 5 km unter 13 Minuten laufen. Bei den Meisterschaften m\u00f6chte ich hoffentlich eine Medaille bei der Europameisterschaft gewinnen und bei den Olympischen Spielen zumindest ins Finale kommen.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Wir haben geh\u00f6rt, dass Sie mit einigen der gr\u00f6\u00dften Namen der norwegischen Leichtathletik trainieren - den Br\u00fcdern Ingebrigtsen. Wie ist das, und k\u00f6nnen Sie uns einige Einblicke in Ihr Training geben?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Magnus: Es ist super motivierend! Vor allem, weil Jakob Olympiasieger ist. Schon bevor ich mit ihm trainieren durfte, war er mein Idol. Ich wollte so sein wie er und die gleichen Dinge erreichen. Wir sind ziemlich gute Freunde, und nat\u00fcrlich ist es sch\u00f6n, mit ihnen zu trainieren. Aber sie sind auch tolle Menschen, so dass die Trainingslager sehr angenehm sind. Ich freue mich darauf, dorthin zu fahren - es ist nicht so stressig, zu diesen Camps zu fahren. Und ich habe das Gef\u00fchl, dass wir jede Woche, wenn unsere Trainingsgruppe trainiert, mit jeder Einheit besser werden. <strong>Es ist sehr motivierend zu sehen, wie diese Art von Training bei anderen funktioniert, vor allem wenn ich merke, dass es auch bei mir funktioniert.<\/strong> Es ist einfach immer motivierender, mit ihnen zu trainieren.<br\/>\n<br\/>Nat\u00fcrlich ist sie auch sehr wettbewerbsorientiert! Nat\u00fcrlich muss ich mich auch aufw\u00e4rmen, aber es ist mir wichtig, dass ich mich frisch f\u00fchle - deshalb dusche ich auch vorher, damit mein K\u00f6rper so gut wie m\u00f6glich vorbereitet ist. Ich habe auch angefangen, Gels zu nehmen, um etwas Koffein zu bekommen und mein Herz in Schwung zu bringen.<br\/>\n<br\/>Ich bin nicht so wie andere, die Musik h\u00f6ren, sich in den Kopf setzen und super konzentriert sein m\u00fcssen - ich bin eher das Gegenteil. Wenn Zuschauer da sind und ich jemanden kenne, dann unterhalte ich mich kurz vor dem Start ein paar Minuten mit ihnen. Vor dem Wettkampf bin ich viel entspannter.<br\/>\n<br\/>Eine der schwierigsten Phasen ist die letzte Mahlzeit. Es ist die schlimmste Mahlzeit, die Sie je hatten, denn Sie sind nerv\u00f6s und Ihr K\u00f6rper will vielleicht keine Nahrung aufnehmen, aber Sie m\u00fcssen sie hinunterzwingen.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Wie oft trainieren Sie pro Woche?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Magnus: <strong>Ich trainiere jeden Tag zwei Mal, also 14 Mal pro Woche.<\/strong> Wir haben die Mentalit\u00e4t, dass es besser ist, leichte oder kurze Trainingseinheiten zu absolvieren, als eine Pause einzulegen, denn wenn man in einem Rhythmus ist, ist es einfacher, ihn beizubehalten. Es ist wie mit Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, Mittag- und Abendessen - es f\u00fchlt sich einfach normal an, besonders im Trainingslager. Es kann ziemlich langweilig sein, wenn man zwischendurch nicht trainiert, wenn man nichts anderes zu tun hat - vor allem im Trainingslager, weil es dort nicht viel anderes zu tun gibt.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Wie sieht ein typischer Tag au\u00dferhalb von Training und Wettkampf f\u00fcr Sie aus?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Magnus: Ich schlafe gerne so lange wie m\u00f6glich, bis ich auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise aufwache. Ich benutze nie einen Wecker, es sei denn, ich habe etwas, wof\u00fcr ich aufstehen muss. Und dann esse ich etwas und gehe zum Training. Ich mache etwa sechs Stunden lang nichts, bevor ich mein zweites Training habe, und dann mache ich wieder nichts. Zum Gl\u00fcck muss ich nichts tun - f\u00fcr mich ist es \u00fcberhaupt kein Problem, nichts zu tun, ich finde das super entspannend. Ich bin auch motiviert, alles zu tun, was ich tun kann, um so gut wie m\u00f6glich zu sein, also ist es kein Problem, den Rest des Tages au\u00dferhalb des Trainings zur Erholung zu nutzen.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Wer oder was inspiriert und motiviert Sie, beim Langstreckenlauf an Ihre Grenzen zu gehen?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Magnus: Schwierige Frage! Man will seine eigenen Grenzen herausfinden, wie schnell man fahren kann. Und je schneller man wird, desto h\u00f6her und h\u00f6her wird das Ziel. Was mich nat\u00fcrlich am meisten inspiriert, ist, dass ich zu den Besten der Welt geh\u00f6ren und so schnell wie m\u00f6glich laufen m\u00f6chte. Das inspiriert mich am meisten, weiterzumachen und zu sehen, wie schnell ich laufen kann. Wenn man sieht, was andere Leute machen, sieht man, was m\u00f6glich ist und was man auch erreichen kann.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Was ist der beste Ratschlag, den Sie in Ihrer bisherigen Laufbahn erhalten haben?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Magnus: <strong>Ich versuche immer, alles zu geben - auch an einem schlechten Tag. Niemals aufgeben, immer weitermachen. Harte Arbeit zahlt sich aus. Wenn man der Beste sein will, muss man das \u00fcber einen langen Zeitraum hinweg tun - das geht nicht in ein oder zwei Trainingseinheiten. Man muss lange arbeiten und kleine Schritte machen.<\/strong><br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Und zu guter Letzt: Welches sind Ihre derzeitigen Lieblingslaufschuhe, und auf welche besonderen Eigenschaften legen Sie bei Ihren Laufschuhen am meisten Wert?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Magnus: Das kommt darauf an! Ich w\u00fcrde vielleicht nehmen <strong>Abweichung 2<\/strong>. Ich verwende gerne verschiedene Intervallschuhe f\u00fcr verschiedene Arten von Sitzungen. Nat\u00fcrlich machen wir auch Heilungs\u00fcbungen, bei denen ich denke <strong>FAST-R2<\/strong> ist die beste. Can you share a particular challenge you\\u0026rsquo;ve encountered and how you overcame it? \\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;Magnus: I would say probably illness and injuries. Also, when you don\\u0026rsquo;t respond to training and you don\\u0026rsquo;t understand why you are not getting any better. When you are training and think you are in great shape, but when it comes to competition it doesn\\u0026rsquo;t go so well, it\\u0026rsquo;s really hard to understand why sometimes. Of course, in sports, \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;the highs are very high and the lows are very low.\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; From one day to the next, you can be super happy with a result and the next day be frustrated.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;It is like I mentioned with skiing \\u0026ndash; I didn\\u0026rsquo;t want to compete because it was embarrassing to feel like I was so far behind the other guys. Before the competition, my training was going super well and it was my goal to medal. Of course, winning a medal is never easy and so it felt really good. Especially because Jakob is Olympic champion. Even before I got to train with him, he was my idol. I wanted to be like him and achieve the same things. We are quite good friends, and of course it is good to train with them. But they are also great people, so the training camps are super enjoyable. They are something I look forward to going to \\u0026ndash; it does not feel super stressful going to these camps. I never use an alarm unless I have something I have to wake up for. And then have some food and go for training. I do nothing for around six hours before I have my second training and then do nothing again. Luckily for me, I don\\u0026rsquo;t have to do anything \\u0026ndash; for me it\\u0026rsquo;s not a problem at all to do nothing, I think it is super chill. I am also motivated for doing everything I can do, to be as good as possible, so to use the rest of the day outside of training for rest is no problem.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Who or what inspires and motivates you to push your limits in long-distance running?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;Magnus: Tough question! You want to find out your own limits, how fast you can go. And the faster you go, the target gets even higher and higher. So of course, the thing that inspires me the most is that I want to be one of the best in the world and to run as fast as possible. This is mostly my inspiration to keep going and see how fast I can run. I was quite good in my early years, but I grew later than others, so my competitors were stronger and faster than me. I wanted to do something I was good at, and I realised I was better at running. After high school, I really had the opportunity to spend my time training and I only got better and better.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Every athlete faces challenges. Can you share a particular challenge you\\u0026rsquo;ve encountered and how you overcame it? \\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;Magnus: I would say probably illness and injuries. Also, when you don\\u0026rsquo;t respond to training and you don\\u0026rsquo;t understand why you are not getting any better. When you are training and think you are in great shape, but when it comes to competition it doesn\\u0026rsquo;t go so well, it\\u0026rsquo;s really hard to understand why sometimes. Of course, in sports, \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;the highs are very high and the lows are very low.\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; From one day to the next, you can be super happy with a result and the next day be frustrated.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;It is like I mentioned with skiing \\u0026ndash; I didn\\u0026rsquo;t want to compete because it was embarrassing to feel like I was so far behind the other guys. Before the competition, my training was going super well and it was my goal to medal. Of course, winning a medal is never easy and so it felt really good. Most of the things I had achieved were good times on the track, so finally having my first international medal was amazing.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;What are your goals for the upcoming season?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;Magnus: Timewise, I would like to run a 5km in sub 13 minutes. Championship-wise, I would like to hopefully medal at the European Championship and for the Olympics, at least get to the final.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\",\"contentRight\":\"\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;We were told you train with some of the biggest names in Norwegian athletics \\u0026ndash; the Ingebrigtsen brothers. What is this like and can you share some insights into your training?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;Magnus: It is super motivating! Especially because Jakob is Olympic champion. Even before I got to train with him, he was my idol. I wanted to be like him and achieve the same things. We are quite good friends, and of course it is good to train with them. But they are also great people, so the training camps are super enjoyable. They are something I look forward to going to \\u0026ndash; it does not feel super stressful going to these camps. And I feel like every week, when our training group is training, it feels like we are only getting better with every session. \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;It is super motivating to also see how that type of training has worked for someone else, especially when I notice how it is working for me too.\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; It\\u0026rsquo;s only more and more and more motivating, training with them.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;Of course, it is also quite competitive! I never use an alarm unless I have something I have to wake up for. And then have some food and go for training. I do nothing for around six hours before I have my second training and then do nothing again. Luckily for me, I don\\u0026rsquo;t have to do anything \\u0026ndash; for me it\\u0026rsquo;s not a problem at all to do nothing, I think it is super chill. I am also motivated for doing everything I can do, to be as good as possible, so to use the rest of the day outside of training for rest is no problem.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Who or what inspires and motivates you to push your limits in long-distance running?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;Magnus: Tough question! You want to find out your own limits, how fast you can go. And the faster you go, the target gets even higher and higher. So of course, the thing that inspires me the most is that I want to be one of the best in the world and to run as fast as possible. This is mostly my inspiration to keep going and see how fast I can run.
