Das bereinigte Lohngef\u00e4lle ber\u00fccksichtigt Lohnunterschiede aufgrund von F\u00fchrungsverantwortung, Alter, Funktion, Besch\u00e4ftigungsstatus und Bewertung. <br\/>\n<br\/>Zus\u00e4tzlich, <strong>im Nahen Osten<\/strong>, wo sich unser Hauptsitz in Dubai befindet, haben wir die <strong>\u201cUniversal Fair Pay Leader\u201d<\/strong> Zertifikat.
