Was haben Sie als Erstes getan, als Sie diese Aufgabe \u00fcbernahmen?\u00a0<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Richard: <strong>Meine Priorit\u00e4t sind immer die Menschen<\/strong>. In den ersten Monaten habe ich mich darauf konzentriert, die Menschen zu treffen und ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Priorit\u00e4ten zu verstehen. Mit diesen wichtigen Erkenntnissen haben wir bereits mit der Umgestaltung begonnen, um die Erwartungen der Unternehmen zu erf\u00fcllen und gleichzeitig<strong> das Engagement unserer Marketingteams zu erh\u00f6hen<\/strong>. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte davon ist das, was wir als <strong>weniger, gr\u00f6\u00dfer und besser machen<\/strong>, Das bedeutet, genau zu definieren, was f\u00fcr die Marke wertsch\u00f6pfend ist, sich st\u00e4rker auf die Werttreiber zu konzentrieren und <strong>hervorragende Leistungen bei der Ausf\u00fchrung<\/strong>.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Die Aufwertung der Marke ist eine der wichtigsten Priorit\u00e4ten unseres Unternehmens. Wie genau wollen Sie die Marke aufwerten?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Richard: Unsere Verbraucherumfragen zeigen, dass <strong>wof\u00fcr PUMA steht, ist nicht ganz klar<\/strong>. Eine der Hauptursachen ist, dass <strong>unsere Kommunikation ist zu fragmentiert<\/strong> und zu sehr auf kurzfristige Wirkung ausgerichtet. Wir arbeiten derzeit an einer <strong>Markenkampagne, die im April 24 startet<\/strong> die PUMAs Performance-Positionierung verst\u00e4rken wird. Parallel dazu werden wir eine <strong>Verm\u00e4chtniskampagne auf Sportstyle<\/strong> zu etablieren <strong>unsere wichtigsten Classic-Franchises<\/strong>. Weniger Botschaften, mehr Konzentration und ein gr\u00f6\u00dferer Anteil an Investitionen in den Markenaufbau. Die T\u00fcten, die PUMA f\u00fcr den Versand von Online-Bestellungen verwendet, werden ebenfalls aus 100% recyceltem Kunststoff hergestellt und wir haben nachhaltigere Alternativen f\u00fcr die Kleiderb\u00fcgel und Schuhspanner in unseren Gesch\u00e4ften gefunden.\nAndere Verpackungsverbesserungen sind f\u00fcr PUMA-Kunden vielleicht weniger offensichtlich, da sie nur dazu dienen, unsere Produkte w\u00e4hrend des Transports trocken und sauber zu halten. Aber auch die Polyethylenbeutel, die unsere Kleidung und Accessoires auf dem Weg zum Gesch\u00e4ft und in den Lagern sch\u00fctzen, werden ab Fr\u00fchjahr\/Sommer 2022 ausschlie\u00dflich aus recyceltem Polyethylen hergestellt.
