Wir hatten die Gelegenheit, mit Teilen des Teams, das den Caven 2.0 entworfen hat, zu sprechen und diesen Fragen auf den Grund zu gehen!<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumnsWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>K\u00f6nnen Sie mir etwas \u00fcber Caven 2.0 erz\u00e4hlen?<\/strong><br\/>\n<div><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Juan: <\/span><\/strong>Das Modell Caven 2.0 basiert auf einem fr\u00fcheren Franchise, dem Modell Caven, das seit mehreren Saisons in verschiedenen M\u00e4rkten in Europa, Amerika und dar\u00fcber hinaus sehr erfolgreich ist. Es war eine ziemliche Herausforderung f\u00fcr mich, dieses Projekt in Angriff zu nehmen, da ich mich verpflichtet f\u00fchlte, sowohl Neues zu schaffen als auch die charakteristischen Details des urspr\u00fcnglichen Franchises zu bewahren. Es handelt sich um einen \u00e4u\u00dferst vielseitigen Sneaker-Stil, der jeden Tag getragen werden kann und sich im Allgemeinen an ein junges Publikum richtet.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Alexandre:<\/strong> Bei Caven 2.0 dreht sich alles darum, die Basketball-Stra\u00dfenkultur der 80er Jahre stilvoll zu integrieren. Mit seiner OG-Silhouette erm\u00f6glicht es dem Tr\u00e4ger, ganz er selbst zu sein und den Tag in vollen Z\u00fcgen zu genie\u00dfen. Bei Caven 2.0 geht es auch um die Verbundenheit durch Sport. Ist das schwieriger, als einen komplett neuen Schuh von Grund auf zu entwerfen?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br>\n<strong>Juan: <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">F\u00fcr mich h\u00e4ngt alles vom Projekt ab. Manchmal sto\u00dfe ich auf Projekte ohne Vorgaben, bei denen fast alles erlaubt ist und man sich nur mit Kreativit\u00e4t, Marktf\u00e4higkeit und Preis auseinandersetzen muss. In solchen Momenten kann es eine gewaltige Herausforderung sein, vor einer leeren Leinwand zu stehen \u2013 viel schwieriger als bei einem Projekt mit klaren Vorgaben, die als Ausgangspunkt dienen k\u00f6nnen. Andererseits muss ich auch sagen, dass es manchmal m\u00fchsam sein kann, eine Franchise als Referenzpunkt zu haben. In solchen F\u00e4llen hat man die Aufgabe, Neues zu schaffen und gleichzeitig die Essenz des urspr\u00fcnglichen Modells beizubehalten. Oft kann die Kreativit\u00e4t eines Designers uns in die Irre f\u00fchren, indem sie unserer Fantasie freien Lauf l\u00e4sst, was zu einer Abkehr von der urspr\u00fcnglichen Franchise f\u00fchrt, die von den Verbrauchern m\u00f6glicherweise nicht akzeptiert wird. Wenn man hingegen einen sehr konservativen Ansatz verfolgt, gelingt es m\u00f6glicherweise nicht, etwas Neues oder Besonderes zu schaffen, das die Verbraucher davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass es sich um eine aktualisierte Version des Modells handelt, das sie in der Vergangenheit mochten. Unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung all dieser Faktoren glaube ich, dass es je nach Projekt unterschiedlich ist \u2013 manchmal ist es einfacher, manchmal ist es schwieriger.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumnsWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Wie sehr sieht man das ehemalige Model in Ihrem neuesten Entwurf?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Juan:<\/strong> Da wir aus einer sehr erfolgreichen Franchise kamen, habe ich versucht, wichtige charakteristische Details des Modells beizubehalten, wie beispielsweise die Konstruktion, die Zehenform und die H\u00f6he der Sohle, damit sich die Verbraucher mit dem Design vertraut f\u00fchlen. Allerdings habe ich ein einzigartiges \u00d6senband-Design hinzugef\u00fcgt, um dem Modell mehr Pers\u00f6nlichkeit zu verleihen \u2013 ein \u00d6senband, das in dieser Produktkategorie ungew\u00f6hnlich ist. Au\u00dferdem habe ich ein anderes Lochmuster auf dem Oberleder und ein markantes Fersendesign integriert. Auf diese Weise konnte ich die Essenz des alten Modells bewahren und gleichzeitig verschiedene Details einf\u00fchren, die den Verbraucher nicht einschr\u00e4nken, sodass er sich mit einem Design wohlf\u00fchlt, das er aus fr\u00fcheren Saisons kennt.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>F\u00fcr welchen Verbraucher haben Sie den Schuh entworfen?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Juan:<\/strong> Dieses Produkt richtet sich im Allgemeinen an ein junges Publikum und wird als geschlechtsneutral pr\u00e4sentiert, sodass es sowohl f\u00fcr M\u00e4nner als auch f\u00fcr Frauen geeignet ist. Es ist nicht auf eine bestimmte Altersgruppe ausgerichtet, sondern darauf, den W\u00fcnschen der heutigen Jugend gerecht zu werden. Es ist als Schuh f\u00fcr den Alltag gedacht, der sich f\u00fcr die Universit\u00e4t, die Schule oder die Arbeit eignet, aber auch vielseitig genug ist, um am Wochenende mit Freunden auszugehen. Das Ziel war es, ein Design zu schaffen, das sich leicht mit verschiedenen Kleidungsstilen kombinieren l\u00e4sst. Es handelt sich um einen zeitlosen Schuh, der nicht an einen bestimmten Trend gebunden ist und nicht so schnell aus der Mode kommt. Daher habe ich mich darauf konzentriert, die notwendigen Details zu implementieren, die den Verkauf nicht behindern und einen frischen und neuartigen Aspekt mit sich bringen w\u00fcrden. Durch die Analyse der Verbraucher und des Marktes haben wir erkannt, dass diese Verbraucher ein vielseitiges Produkt anstreben, das die W\u00fcnsche junger Menschen mit dem Kauf eines einfachen, unkomplizierten, unterhaltsamen und dennoch besonderen Modells erf\u00fcllt.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Alexandre:<\/strong> Um die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Verbraucher und des Marktes zu erf\u00fcllen, muss man diese Bed\u00fcrfnisse zun\u00e4chst einmal verstehen. Durch Gespr\u00e4che mit Verbrauchern, Regionen und Kunden m\u00fcssen Sie die notwendigen Elemente des Schuhs genau bestimmen und dann diesen \u201cunerwarteten\u201d Touch hinzuf\u00fcgen, damit er zu einem Unikat wird. Letztendlich geht es darum, den Verbraucher in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen, damit die Menschen stolz darauf sind, ihre Sneaker zu tragen.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumnsWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Was war die Absicht hinter dem Schuhdesign?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Juan:<\/strong> Meine wichtigsten Einfl\u00fcsse beim Entwerfen eines Modells basieren auf drei Grundpfeilern: dem Verbraucher, dem Trend und der Kreativit\u00e4t. Ich konzentriere mich auf diese Aspekte, weil ich glaube, dass sie f\u00fcr die Entwicklung eines guten Produkts unerl\u00e4sslich sind. Man muss verstehen, was der Verbraucher will, welche Musik er h\u00f6rt, welche Hobbys er hat, welche Farben er mag, ob er kontaktfreudig ist oder nicht, ob er einen schlichten Stil bevorzugt oder gerne Trends folgt. Dann muss man den Trend selbst verstehen. Handelt es sich um einen vom Basketball inspirierten Stil oder eher um einen klassischen \u201cOld Money\u201d-Look? Ist er aufgrund bevorstehender wichtiger Ereignisse vom Fu\u00dfball beeinflusst? All dies muss ber\u00fccksichtigt werden.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/>Schlie\u00dflich spielt Kreativit\u00e4t eine entscheidende Rolle. Vor allem in der Kernabteilung m\u00fcssen wir mit Details spielen, ohne dabei jedoch zu \u00fcbertreiben. Unser Handlungsspielraum ist begrenzter als in anderen Abteilungen, daher ist es eine Herausforderung, die Kreativit\u00e4t zu kontrollieren oder zu z\u00fcgeln. L\u00e4sst man ihr freien Lauf, kann der Wert des Modells zu stark steigen und nicht mehr mit den Anforderungen des Briefings \u00fcbereinstimmen. Das Briefing enth\u00e4lt Spezifikationen, die erf\u00fcllt werden m\u00fcssen, wie z. B. eine kleine Verbraucheranalyse, Einblicke in den Wettbewerb und eine gesch\u00e4tzte Preisspanne. Sobald ich diese Informationen erhalten habe, beginne ich mit der Erstellung eines Nutzer- und Trend-Moodboards. Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, sind dies zwei der drei S\u00e4ulen, auf die ich mich bei der Herangehensweise an ein Projekt st\u00fctze.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_quote\" ><p>Sobald ich ein klares Verst\u00e4ndnis vom Zielkonsumenten und dem Trend habe, zu dem das Modell geh\u00f6rt, ziehe ich mich zur\u00fcck, spiele Musik, um meine Kreativit\u00e4t anzuregen, und beginne mit dem Skizzieren.<\/p>\n<br\/><br\/>Juan Mart\u00ednez, Senior Footwear Designer bei PUMA<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/>Sobald ich ein klares Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr die Zielgruppe und den Trend habe, zu dem das Modell geh\u00f6rt, ziehe ich mich zur\u00fcck, spiele Musik, um meine Kreativit\u00e4t anzuregen, und beginne mit dem Skizzieren. Wenn ich mehrere Optionen habe, vereinbare ich einen Termin mit dem PLM-Team, um zu besprechen, welche Option am besten zum Briefing passt. Sobald ich die Vorgaben habe, verfeinere ich das Modell weiter und verwende dabei Programme wie KI, um einen klareren \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Details zu erhalten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt stelle ich auch Optionen f\u00fcr die Werkzeugausstattung vor.<br\/>\n<br\/>Sobald alles klar ist, treffen wir uns erneut mit dem PLM-Team, um die Optionen zu besprechen und eine ziemlich klare Vorstellung von dem Produkt zu bekommen, das entwickelt werden soll. Sobald sich das Design- und das PLM-Team einig sind, beginne ich mit der Erstellung des Tech-Packs.<br\/>\n<br\/>Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch das Hinzuf\u00fcgen von Dateien mit allen technischen Spezifikationen des Modells, die dann an unsere Entwickler weitergeleitet werden. Diese arbeiten eng mit den Fabriken zusammen, um die ersten Muster zu erstellen. Dabei ist die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Designern und Entwicklern entscheidend, um auftretende Fragen zu kl\u00e4ren.<br\/>\n<br\/>Sobald die Probe fertiggestellt ist, wird sie im B\u00fcro zur Analyse und zur Ermittlung von Verbesserungsm\u00f6glichkeiten entgegengenommen.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Alexandre:<\/strong> Aus Sicht eines Produktmanagers beginnt alles damit, zu verstehen, wohin sich der Markt entwickelt und was die Verbraucher in 18 Monaten wollen werden. Dies geschieht durch Marktforschung, Gespr\u00e4che, Versuch und Irrtum, um dann ein Briefing zu erstellen, das die allgemeine Richtung vorgibt, in die wir mit dem Schuh gehen wollen und f\u00fcr wen er gedacht ist. Dann kommt die Magie des Designteams ins Spiel, das immer wieder au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Ideen und Designs hervorbringt. In such cases, you\u2019re tasked with bringing novelty while retaining the essence of the original model. Often, a designer\u2019s creativity can lead us astray, allowing our imagination to take over, resulting in a departure from the original franchise that may not be accepted by consumers. On the other hand, if you take a very conservative approach, you might fail to bring anything new or distinctive that would make consumers believe it\u2019s an updated version of the one they liked in the past. I focus on these aspects because I believe they are essential for developing a good product. You need to understand what the consumer wants, what music they listen to, what hobbies they have, what color range they appreciate, whether they are sociable or not, whether they prefer a basic style or like to follow trends. Then, you need to understand the trend itself. Is it a basketball-inspired style or a more classic \u201cold money\u201d look? Is it influenced by football due to upcoming important events?
