Ein sehr netter und liebenswerter Chef.\u201d Das sind die Worte von Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger, einer fr\u00fchen PUMA-Mitarbeiterin. Sie arbeitete als N\u00e4herin und kannte unseren Gr\u00fcnder pers\u00f6nlich. Anl\u00e4sslich des Internationalen Frauenmonats haben wir uns mit ihr unterhalten. Finden Sie heraus, wie es war, f\u00fcr Rudolf Dassler zu arbeiten und wie sich das Unternehmen im Laufe der Zeit ver\u00e4ndert hat.<\/span><br><br><br>Ohne Frauen h\u00e4tte es PUMA nicht gegeben. Als Rudolf Dassler 1948 PUMA gr\u00fcndete, nahm er 14 Mitarbeiter aus der alten Fabrik der Gebr\u00fcder Dassler mit. Acht der Angestellten waren Frauen.<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger begann direkt nach der Schule im Alter von 14 Jahren und blieb bis zu ihrer Pensionierung in der Firma. Wenn Sie einmal in unserem Hauptsitz in Herzogenaurach sind, finden Sie am Haupteingang ein Archiv mit den alten N\u00e4hmaschinen, die damals verwendet wurden. Ein sehr netter und liebenswerter Chef. Immer bodenst\u00e4ndig. Es hat ihm nichts ausgemacht, sich die H\u00e4nde schmutzig zu machen. Seine ganze Familie war toll.\u00a0<br><br><br><b>Wie sah Ihre Karriere bei PUMA aus?\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger: Ich habe von 1956 bis 1993 bei PUMA gearbeitet. Mit 14 Jahren habe ich meine dreij\u00e4hrige Lehre als Schuhfabrikantin begonnen. Damals mussten wir Lehrlinge alles lernen. Wir mussten in allen Abteilungen arbeiten und sogar beim Reinigen der N\u00e4herei helfen. \u00a0<br><br>Nach der Schwangerschaft nahm ich eine Auszeit von der Arbeit, um mich um meine Kinder k\u00fcmmern zu k\u00f6nnen. Doch als sie alt genug waren, begann ich wieder zu arbeiten - von zu Hause aus. Die Materialien, die ich zum N\u00e4hen brauchte, wurden mir in Plastikt\u00fcten gebracht. Ich habe meine Arbeit wirklich geliebt und hatte viel Spa\u00df daran.\u00a0<br><br><br><b>Was war das Beste an Ihrem Job bei PUMA?<\/b>\u00a0<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger: Das Beste war unser Teamgeist und Zusammenhalt. Wir hatten tolle Arbeitsbedingungen und sehr sch\u00f6ne Partys.\u00a0<br><br><br><strong>Arbeitet noch jemand aus Ihrer Familie bei PUMA?<\/strong><br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger: Mein Mann hat fr\u00fcher auch bei PUMA gearbeitet - wir haben uns nicht dort kennengelernt, sondern waren eigentlich Nachbarn! Jetzt arbeitet mein Sohn, Thomas Kr\u00fcger, hier. Er hat auch eine Ausbildung bei PUMA gemacht. Meine Kinder waren zum Beispiel gro\u00dfe Fans von Borussia M\u00f6nchengladbach. Sie bekamen also immer Trikots geschenkt.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br>Jeden Morgen gingen unsere Chefs, sowohl Rudolf als auch Armin, durch die Firma, um uns allen einen guten Tag zu w\u00fcnschen. Sie waren immer hilfsbereit. Egal was war, wir konnten mit ihnen \u00fcber alles reden. Es war ein sehr sch\u00f6nes Familienunternehmen.\u00a0<br><br><br><br><b>Wie war das Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen M\u00e4nnern und Frauen? Wie sah es mit der Gleichstellung der Geschlechter aus?<\/b>\u00a0<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger: M\u00e4nner und Frauen arbeiteten zusammen, Hand in Hand - gleichberechtigt. Frauen wurden nicht unterdr\u00fcckt. Im Gegenteil: Die M\u00e4nner haben uns immer geholfen, alles f\u00fcr uns getan. Das Arbeitsklima war also sehr gut. Wir waren ein tolles Team.\u00a0<br><br><br><br><b>Wie war das Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen PUMA- und adidas-Mitarbeitern in der Stadt?<\/b>\u00a0<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger: Meine ganze Familie war ein PUMA-Team. Mein Mann war da sogar sehr streng - niemand durfte zu Hause adidas tragen. So verr\u00fcckt es klingt, aber auch heute noch ist das erste, was ich mache, wenn ich jemanden treffe, die Schuhe der Person zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.<br><br>Ich hatte jedoch einige Freunde, die f\u00fcr das benachbarte Sportunternehmen arbeiteten. Wir hatten in der Vergangenheit einige wirklich gute Partys. When Rudolf Dassler started PUMA in 1948, he took 14 employees from the old Dassler Brothers factory with him. I started my three-year apprenticeship as a shoe factory worker when I was 14 years old. Back then, we apprentices had to learn everything. We had to work in every department and even helped clean the sewing room. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;After I got pregnant, I took some time off from work so I could care for my children. However, when they were old enough, I began to work again \\u0026ndash; from home. The materials I needed for sewing were brought to me in plastic bags. When Rudolf Dassler started PUMA in 1948, he took 14 employees from the old Dassler Brothers factory with him. I started my three-year apprenticeship as a shoe factory worker when I was 14 years old. Back then, we apprentices had to learn everything. We had to work in every department and even helped clean the sewing room. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;After I got pregnant, I took some time off from work so I could care for my children. However, when they were old enough, I began to work again \\u0026ndash; from home. The materials I needed for sewing were brought to me in plastic bags.
