PUMA is the second company in Germany to receive the title \\u0026ldquo;Universal Fair Pay Developer\\u0026rdquo;, which is only given to companies that can show an adjusted gender pay gap of between +1 and -1%.\\u0026lt;\/span\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;FPI Fair Pay Innovation Lab recognised the effort at PUMA to create a work environment free of gender discrimination. PUMA evaluates every position in a gender-neutral way, focussing on the characteristics of the job and not on those of individual employees. This also allows for us to have a standardised and transparent process for wage increases, and employees who are absent \\u0026ndash; including those on maternal leave or sabbaticals for example \\u0026ndash; also take part in this process.
