Dann den Knoblauch, den Ingwer und die Currypaste hinzuf\u00fcgen und weitere 2 Minuten kochen, bis sie duften. Mit Salz abschmecken.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die Karotten, Linsen und die Br\u00fche hinzuf\u00fcgen. Zum K\u00f6cheln bringen und bei mittlerer Hitze etwa 20 Minuten kochen lassen, bis die Linsen und Karotten weich sind. Die Kokosmilch hinzugeben und noch ein paar Minuten kochen lassen. Mit Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer abschmecken.
