In \u201cSuperwoman\u201d singt sie dar\u00fcber, dass man seine Verletzlichkeit annehmen und die St\u00e4rke in sich selbst finden muss. Der Song ist der perfekte Muntermacher f\u00fcr alle, die an ihrem Potenzial f\u00fcr Gr\u00f6\u00dfe zweifeln.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Hollaback Girl (2005) - Gwen Stefani<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>Als Gwen Stefani mit No Doubt anfing, hatte sie immer das gewisse Etwas. Ihr Solo-Deb\u00fctalbum \u201cLove. Angel. Music. Baby.\u201d (2004) strotzt nur so vor Girl-Power. Auf \u201cHollaback Girl\u201d spr\u00fcht sie vor Attit\u00fcde und ist stolz darauf, ihren Weg zu gehen.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>BO$$ (2014) - Fifth Harmony\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>Fifth Harmony lassen keinen Zweifel aufkommen: Sie sind diejenigen, die das Sagen haben. Unter Berufung auf Michelle Obama und Oprah als ihre Vorbilder pl\u00e4diert die Girlgroup daf\u00fcr, eine finanziell unabh\u00e4ngige Frau zu sein und sich nicht auf die Unterst\u00fctzung anderer zu verlassen.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>\u00a0Can't Hold Us Down (2003) - Christina Aguilera feat. Lil\u2019 Kim\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>\u00c4hnlich wie Janet Jacksons Album \u201cControl\u201d (1986) bedeutete die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung von Christina Aguileras \u201cStripped\u201d (2002) einen befreienden Moment. Aguilera wagte sich an erwachsenere Themen, und \u201cCan't Hold Us Down\u201d macht auf die Doppelmoral von Frauen aufmerksam und steht ganz im Zeichen der weiblichen Erm\u00e4chtigung.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>NO (2016) - Meghan Trainor<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>Anfang 2016 gewann Meghan Trainor den Grammy Award f\u00fcr die beste neue K\u00fcnstlerin. In \u201cNO\u201d lehnt Trainor einen Mann ab, der die Botschaft einfach nicht versteht. Der Song ist ein lustiger R&amp;B-Pop-Song, vermittelt aber eine wichtige Botschaft.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>Video (2001) - India.Arie\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>Der Song \u201cVideo\u201d von India.Arie ist ein ganz besonderer Song. Sie singt \u00fcber Selbstliebe und dar\u00fcber, sich selbst zu akzeptieren, einschlie\u00dflich der sogenannten Makel. Auch 15 Jahre nach seiner Ver\u00f6ffentlichung ist der Text in Zeiten, in denen Frauen immer noch st\u00e4ndig f\u00fcr ihr Aussehen verurteilt werden, sehr kraftvoll.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong>Bang Bang (2014) - Jessie J feat. Ariana Grande &amp; Nicki Minaj<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>Bang Bang\u201d zeigt geballte Girl-Power von ihrer besten Seite. Jessie J, Ariana Grande und Nicki Minaj kommen zusammen und profitieren von den individuellen Talenten der anderen. Gemeinsam haben sie einen eing\u00e4ngigen und energiegeladenen Song geschaffen.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong>I Will Survive (1978) - Gloria Gaynor<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>Dieser Klassiker von Gloria Gaynor ist die ultimative Geschichte vom \u00dcberleben und Weitermachen. \u201cI Will Survive\u201d ist der Beweis daf\u00fcr, dass man eine schlimme Situation \u00fcberwinden und sein Gl\u00fcck zur\u00fcckgewinnen kann. Und seien wir mal ehrlich: Wenn Sie nicht selbst zu diesem Song getanzt haben, haben Sie nicht gelebt.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong>Werkin\u2019 Girls (2012) - Angel Haze<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>Weibliche Rapperinnen, die mit ihrem K\u00f6nnen gro\u00df rauskommen und die Anerkennung bekommen, die sie verdienen, kommen immer noch nicht so oft vor, wie es sein sollte. Die Rapperin Angel Haze hat sich einen Namen gemacht und ihre Arbeit auf \u201cWerkin\u2019 Girls\u201d ist schlichtweg beeindruckend.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li><strong>Bad Girls (2012) - M.I.A.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>Wie der Titel schon andeutet, will M.I.A. die Leute wissen lassen, dass \u201cb\u00f6se M\u00e4dchen es gut machen\u201d. Ein \u201cb\u00f6ses M\u00e4dchen\u201d ist eine Frau, die sich den Erwartungen der Gesellschaft an ein M\u00e4dchen widersetzt. Das dazugeh\u00f6rige Musikvideo unterst\u00fctzt die saudi-arabische \u201cWomen to drive movement\u201d.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li><strong>So What (2008) - P!nk<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>\u201cSo What\u201d beginnt damit, dass P!nk beil\u00e4ufig \u00fcber den Verlust ihres Mannes singt, aber sie l\u00e4sst sich davon nicht aus der Ruhe bringen. Stattdessen zieht sie ihre neue Einstellung wie ein Kleidungsst\u00fcck an und konzentriert sich auf die guten Dinge, die in ihrem Leben passieren. Mehr Macht f\u00fcr sie!<br\/>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li><strong>What It Feels Like For A Girl (2001) - Madonna<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>Madonna hatte schon immer eine \u201cLiebe mich oder hasse mich\u201d-Einstellung. Als Regelbrecherin hat sie sich nie gescheut, sie selbst zu sein - auch wenn sie damit andere in Verlegenheit bringt. In diesem Song spricht sie ehrlich die K\u00e4mpfe an, die es mit sich bringt, ein M\u00e4dchen zu sein.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li><strong>Shake It Out (2011) - Florence + The Machine<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>Leads\u00e4ngerin Florence Welch ist bekannt f\u00fcr ihren kraftvollen Gesang und ihre poetischen Texte. \u201cShake It Out\u201d ist ein aufmunterndes Lied, das dazu auffordert, Bedauern und Zweifel loszulassen. Es ist eine feste Erinnerung an sich selbst, dass es immer Licht am Ende des Tunnels gibt.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"15\">\n<li><strong>Run the World (Girls) (2011) - Beyonc\u00e9<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>\u201cRun the World (Girls)\u201d ist die Power-Hymne f\u00fcr M\u00e4dchen und Frauen \u00fcberall. Beyonc\u00e9 strahlt Selbstvertrauen und \u00dcbermut aus und verk\u00fcndet, dass ihre \u201c\u00dcberzeugungskraft eine Nation aufbauen kann\u201d. FFC Turbine Potsdam), Kathrin Hendrich (Bayer 04 Leverkusen) und Josephine Henning (Arsenal L.F.C.) geh\u00f6ren,  1. In ihrem ersten Jahr auf Weltklasseniveau belegte sie bei den IAAF-Hallenweltmeisterschaften den sechsten Platz und ist eine starke Kandidatin f\u00fcr eine Medaille in Rio.
