Mit einer Prise Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>Die H\u00e4lfte des \u00d6ls in einer Bratpfanne erhitzen. Die Tofuw\u00fcrfel hineingeben und bei mittlerer bis hoher Hitze knusprig braten. Der Tofu sollte eine goldbraune Farbe haben. F\u00fcr die sp\u00e4tere Verwendung beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die Erdnusssauce Erdnussbutter, Sojasauce, Wasser, Honig, gemahlenen Ingwer und Chilipulver glatt r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Den Brokkoli waschen und die R\u00f6schen abschneiden. Die gr\u00f6\u00dferen in H\u00e4lften oder sogar Viertel schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Das restliche \u00d6l auf mittlerer bis hoher Stufe erhitzen. Den Brokkoli in die Pfanne geben (wenn Sie die R\u00f6schen vorher geschnitten haben, legen Sie sie zuerst mit der flachen Seite in die Pfanne). Warten, bis der Brokkoli leicht knusprig wird, dann umdrehen und weiterbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Den gehackten Knoblauch hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit dem Brokkoli anbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Nun den gebratenen Tofu, die Erdnusssauce und die gehackten Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln hinzuf\u00fcgen. Alles mischen und den Herd ausschalten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
