Und nichts ist besser als meine Lieblingsmethode, um wieder aufzutanken und neue Kraft zu tanken: <strong>Trailrunning.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Das Trailrunning macht so viel Freude. Es ist <strong>die ultimative Bewegungstherapie, die das bekannte Ph\u00e4nomen des \u201cRunner's High\u201d mit den wirkungsvollen Vorteilen eines Aufenthalts in der Natur verbindet<\/strong>. Beim Trailrunning geht es um die Verbundenheit mit der Natur, um das Aufsaugen der Weite und der ruhigen Umgebung. Wenn man sich von seinen Gedanken ablenken l\u00e4sst, besteht die Gefahr, dass man sich den Kn\u00f6chel verstaucht. Es ist im Wesentlichen eine <strong>Bewegende Achtsamkeitspraxis<\/strong>. Sie brauchen aber keine Meditations-App, sondern nur ein Paar Laufschuhe.<br\/>\n<br\/>Studien zeigen <strong>Achtsamkeit bietet eine Reihe von Vorteilen<\/strong> Dazu geh\u00f6ren die Verringerung von Gr\u00fcbeln, Stress, emotionaler Reaktivit\u00e4t und depressiven Symptomen sowie eine Steigerung des positiven Affekts, der Zufriedenheit mit Beziehungen und der F\u00e4higkeit, die Aufmerksamkeit zu fokussieren. So kann das Gehirn langsamer werden, eine neue Perspektive gewinnen und den dringend ben\u00f6tigten Freiraum schaffen. Eine Auszeit von den Ger\u00e4ten, weg vom st\u00e4ndigen Summen der Benachrichtigungen, gibt uns Zeit zum Abschalten und schafft Raum zwischen den Gedanken. Wenn wir in einen unaufh\u00f6rlichen Strom von E-Mails, SMS und Anrufen eingebunden sind, kann das zu \u00dcberforderung und Burnout f\u00fchren, da wir uns bem\u00fchen, endlose Aufgabenlisten zu erledigen.<br\/>\n<br\/>Die American Public Health Association stellte fest, dass <strong>der Aufenthalt in der Natur reicht aus, um die Entspannung deutlich zu steigern und somit Stress- und Angstgef\u00fchle abzubauen<\/strong>. Wenn wir auf den Wegen unterwegs sind, fernab von der Technik, k\u00f6nnen wir uns Raum und Zeit zum Nachdenken nehmen, Zeit, um zu erkennen, was wichtig ist, und den schwirrenden Kopf zur Ruhe kommen zu lassen. In der Natur sein <strong>hat eine stark beruhigende Wirkung auf das Gehirn<\/strong>. Studien zeigen, dass Menschen, die st\u00e4rker mit ihrer Gemeinschaft verbunden sind, gl\u00fccklicher und k\u00f6rperlich ges\u00fcnder sind, l\u00e4nger leben und weniger psychische Probleme haben als Menschen, die weniger gut verbunden sind.<br\/>\n<br\/>Wir sind nicht daf\u00fcr gemacht, ein sitzendes Leben in der Stadt zu f\u00fchren, das von \u00dcberforderung und Isolation gepr\u00e4gt ist. Und <strong>als Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr Freunde und Familie in Zeiten hoher Belastung da zu sein<\/strong> m\u00fcssen wir zuerst f\u00fcr unsere eigene geistige Gesundheit sorgen. Der Mensch hat einen ausgepr\u00e4gten Sinn f\u00fcr Natur und Bewegung.
