In dem Moment, in dem unsere mentale Entschlossenheit nachl\u00e4sst, bricht alles zusammen. Aber der Unterschied zwischen dem Steckenbleiben in den Startbl\u00f6cken und dem Erreichen der Ziellinie hat mehr damit zu tun <strong>Planung und Verantwortlichkeit, denn unsere Umwelt \u00fcbertrumpft unsere Willenskraft fast jedes Mal<\/strong>. Wir brauchen unser Umfeld, um Aktion und Fortschritt zum <em>einfach <\/em>Option. Wir m\u00fcssen unser Umfeld so einrichten, dass es viel schwieriger ist, unser Ziel NICHT zu erreichen. <strong>Wir m\u00fcssen es klug anstellen<\/strong> und so viele potenzielle Hindernisse wie m\u00f6glich aus dem Weg zu r\u00e4umen (Planung) und gleichzeitig Unterst\u00fctzung zu bieten (Rechenschaftspflicht), um konsequent zu bleiben.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\">Beginnen Sie damit, die Hindernisse zu beseitigen. Das Verfahren muss bequem sein.<\/span>\n<br\/>Stellen Sie so weit wie m\u00f6glich sicher, dass <strong>der Ort, an dem Sie trainieren, liegt auf Ihrem Arbeitsweg, in der N\u00e4he Ihres Arbeitsplatzes oder zu Hause<\/strong>. Der Standort ist wichtig, denn die zus\u00e4tzliche Fahrtzeit kann zu einem Hindernis werden, wenn das Leben voll ist. Es gibt kaum eine Ausrede, wenn Sie auf dem Heimweg von der Arbeit beispielsweise an einem Fitnessstudio oder Schwimmbad vorbeikommen. Wenn Sie vor oder nach der Arbeit wenig Zeit haben (ein Lob an alle Eltern da drau\u00dfen) <strong>die Mittagspause ist vielleicht die beste Wahl<\/strong>. The location is important because the added commute time can become a barrier when life gets busy. There is very little excuse if you are passing a gym or pool on your way home from work for example. If you\u2019re short on time before or after work (shout out to all the parents out there) \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;lunchtimes may be your best bet\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;. Be open to adjusting the type of activities you do with friends and ask them for their support with your goals. A well balanced routine should be energising with plenty of recovery built into the week allowing you to stay on track without burning out.
