Die Arbeit von zu Hause aus sieht aus wie endlose Videokonferenzen und E-Mail-Ketten, und sowohl unser soziales Leben als auch unsere alleinige Freizeit k\u00f6nnen wir vor der Technik verbringen. Studien zufolge verbringt der durchschnittliche Amerikaner mehr als 10 Stunden pro Tag mit dem Anstarren eines Bildschirms. 10 Stunden pro Tag? Das ist verbl\u00fcffend. Wir sind daf\u00fcr nicht geschaffen, und unsere geistige Gesundheit leidet darunter. Studien zeigen, dass Menschen, die <strong>Diejenigen, die in einer Woche mindestens 2 Stunden Freizeit in der Natur verbracht haben, egal ob am St\u00fcck oder \u00fcber sieben Tage verteilt, berichteten \u00fcber mehr Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden.<\/strong> Es wurde jedoch festgestellt, dass jeder Aufenthalt in der Natur besser ist als keiner. Sogar das Ansehen eines Videos oder das Betrachten eines Fotos aus der Natur wirkte sich positiv aus, aber die gr\u00f6\u00dfte positive Auswirkung auf die psychische Gesundheit hatte es, dem Stadtleben zu entkommen. Studien haben ergeben, dass <strong>jeder Kontakt mit der Natur, sei es pers\u00f6nlich, sei es durch Videos oder Bilder,<\/strong> f\u00fchrte zu einer Verbesserung der Gehirnfunktion. Und obwohl der Effekt bei denjenigen, die Zeit im Freien verbrachten, st\u00e4rker war, bedeutet dies, dass auch Menschen mit begrenztem Zugang zur Natur profitieren k\u00f6nnen. Die wichtigsten neuronalen Vorteile zeigen sich bei der Aufmerksamkeit, dem Arbeitsged\u00e4chtnis, der kognitiven Flexibilit\u00e4t (Umschalten zwischen Gedanken) und der F\u00e4higkeit, \u00fcber ein Lebensproblem nachzudenken. Bei Kindern wirkt sich der Zugang zu Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen auch positiv auf die kognitive Entwicklung, die Selbstkontrolle und die F\u00e4higkeit zur Konzentration aus.<br\/>\n<br\/>Die Forschung zeigt, dass Stressabbau und Wiederherstellung der Aufmerksamkeit zusammenh\u00e4ngen.
