Haben Sie spezielle Tipps f\u00fcr das Training, um schneller zu werden?<\/strong><br><\/span>Es gibt viele Faktoren, die dazu beitragen, dass jemand schneller l\u00e4uft - Kondition, Kraft, Schnelligkeit, Leistung, Technik und so weiter. Es ist nicht nur ein Faktor. Man muss auf verschiedene Arten trainieren und alle Aspekte abdecken.<br><br><br><span class=\"interviewq\"><strong>Wie sieht eine typische Trainingseinheit bei Ihnen aus?<\/strong><br><\/span>Es gibt eigentlich keine typische Trainingseinheit - ich trainiere entweder auf der Bahn oder im Fitnessstudio. Es h\u00e4ngt von der Jahreszeit ab und davon, woran wir arbeiten. Auf der Bahn kann ich an allem arbeiten, von der Ausdauer bis hin zu allen technischen Aspekten meines Rennens - dem Start, der Schwungphase, dem \u00dcbergang sowohl f\u00fcr die 100 m als auch f\u00fcr die 200 m. Im Fitnessstudio geht es um allgemeine Kondition, Kraft und Leistung.<br><br><br><span class=\"interviewq\"><strong>Wie oft trainieren Sie im Jahr?<\/strong><br><\/span>Ich trainiere elf Monate im Jahr, sechs Tage die Woche. Normalerweise morgens und dann noch einmal am Nachmittag. Das ist eine Menge Arbeit.<br><br><br><span class=\"interviewq\"><strong>Was bringt Ihnen das Training au\u00dfer den k\u00f6rperlichen F\u00e4higkeiten?<\/strong><br><\/span>Training gibt einem Selbstvertrauen, und das ist gut f\u00fcr den Gem\u00fctszustand. Ich wei\u00df, wenn ich gut in Form bin, wird es sehr schwer sein, mich zu schlagen. Dieses Selbstvertrauen ist sehr wichtig, um gute Leistungen zu erbringen.<br><br><br><span class=\"interviewq\"><strong>Auf welche Hindernisse sind Sie gesto\u00dfen und haben sie \u00fcberwunden, um Ihre Ziele zu erreichen?<\/strong><br><\/span>Im Spitzensport sind es immer wieder Verletzungen, die uns ausbremsen k\u00f6nnen. Wir treiben unseren K\u00f6rper bis zur H\u00f6chstleistung an, und manchmal bekommen wir Muskelkater oder verletzen uns an den Gelenken. Ich hatte in meiner Karriere mehrere Verletzungen, aber zum Gl\u00fcck habe ich einen guten Trainer und ein gutes Team, die mir helfen, wieder an die Spitze zu kommen.<br><br><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\"><strong>Was raten Sie jemandem, der Schwierigkeiten hat, sich zu motivieren, um seine Ziele zu erreichen?<\/strong><br><\/span>Sie m\u00fcssen diese eine Sache finden, von der Sie wissen, dass sie Sie motiviert. Vielleicht macht Ihnen das Training keinen Spa\u00df, aber Sie m\u00fcssen Wettbewerbe und Siege lieben. Wenn du diese Dinge willst, musst du entschlossen sein und hart trainieren.<br><br><br><span class=\"interviewq\"><strong>Hat sich die Ausbildung in den letzten Jahren f\u00fcr Sie stark ver\u00e4ndert?<\/strong><br><\/span>Als ich als Kind mit dem Laufen begann, machte es mir Spa\u00df. Ich war gut darin, also habe ich es einfach gemacht. Ich musste nicht wirklich viel trainieren, um Rennen zu gewinnen. Als ich \u00e4lter wurde, merkte ich, dass ich mich besser um meinen K\u00f6rper k\u00fcmmern muss.<br><br>Ern\u00e4hrung, Ruhe und Erholung sind heute wichtiger als noch vor einigen Jahren.<br><br><br><span class=\"interviewq\"><strong>Was ist Ihr gr\u00f6\u00dftes Ziel?<\/strong><br><\/span>Nun, mein gr\u00f6\u00dftes Ziel ist es, der Gr\u00f6\u00dfte zu werden. Darauf arbeite ich hin. Ich m\u00f6chte, dass man sich an mich als gro\u00dfen Sportler erinnert, dass ich in die Geschichte eingehe.<br><br><br><span class=\"interviewq\"><strong>Welcher andere Sportler inspiriert Sie, besser zu werden?<\/strong><br><\/span>Ich habe (den US-Basketballspieler) Kevin Garnett immer bewundert, denn er ist ein Spieler, der - egal ob er gewinnt oder verliert - alles gibt und die Menschen in seinem Umfeld dazu inspiriert, ihr Spiel zu verbessern. Auch meinen Mentor und Trainer Glen Mills. Er hat mir immer gesagt: \u201cJeder auf dem Circuit, jeder bei den Meisterschaften ist bereits ein talentierter Athlet. We push our bodies to the max\\u0026nbsp;and sometimes, we get sore or injured muscles\\u0026nbsp;or joints. It is not just one factor. You\\u0026nbsp;have to train in a variety of ways and cover all\\u0026nbsp;aspects.\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;span class=\\u0026quot;interviewq\\u0026quot;\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;What\\u0026rsquo;s a typical training session for you?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;\/span\\u0026gt;There isn\\u0026rsquo;t really a typical session \\u0026ndash; training for\\u0026nbsp;me is either on the track or in the gym. It depends\\u0026nbsp;on the time of year and what we are working on.\\u0026nbsp;On the track, it can be working on everything\\u0026nbsp;from endurance to any technical aspect of\\u0026nbsp;my race \\u0026ndash; the start, the drive phase, the transition\\u0026nbsp;for both the 100m and 200m. In the gym, it\\u0026rsquo;s\\u0026nbsp;general conditioning, strength and power.\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;span class=\\u0026quot;interviewq\\u0026quot;\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;How often do you train in a year?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;\/span\\u0026gt;I train for eleven months of the year, six days a\\u0026nbsp;week. Normally in the morning and then again in\\u0026nbsp;the afternoon. It\\u0026rsquo;s a lot of work.\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;span class=\\u0026quot;interviewq\\u0026quot;\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;What does training do for you other than the\\u0026nbsp;physical abilities?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;\/span\\u0026gt;Training gives you confidence and this helps your\\u0026nbsp;state of mind. I know if I\\u0026rsquo;m in good shape, it\\u0026rsquo;s going\\u0026nbsp;to be very hard to beat me. This confidence is\\u0026nbsp;very important in performing well.\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;span class=\\u0026quot;interviewq\\u0026quot;\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;What kind of obstacles have you faced and\\u0026nbsp;overcome to achieve your goals?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;\/span\\u0026gt;In elite sport, injury is always the thing that can\\u0026nbsp;slow you down. We push our bodies to the max\\u0026nbsp;and sometimes, we get sore or injured muscles\\u0026nbsp;or joints. I had several injuries in my career, but\\u0026nbsp;fortunately I have a good coach and team to help\\u0026nbsp;me get back to the top.\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\",\"contentRight\":\"\\u0026lt;span class=\\u0026quot;interviewq\\u0026quot;\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;What\\u0026rsquo;s your advice for someone who\\u0026rsquo;s struggling\\u0026nbsp;to find motivation to reach their goals?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;\/span\\u0026gt;You have to find that one thing that you know is\\u0026nbsp;going to motivate you. You might not enjoy training,\\u0026nbsp;for example, but you have to love competing\\u0026nbsp;and winning. If you want these things, you have\\u0026nbsp;to be determined and train hard.\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;span class=\\u0026quot;interviewq\\u0026quot;\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Has training changed a lot for you in the\\u0026nbsp;past few years?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;\/span\\u0026gt;When I started running as a kid, it was fun. I was\\u0026nbsp;good at it, so I just did it. I didn\\u0026rsquo;t really have to\\u0026nbsp;train that much to win races. As I got older, I realized\\u0026nbsp;that I have to take better care of my body.\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;Now diet, rest and recovery are more important\\u0026nbsp;than a few years ago.\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;span class=\\u0026quot;interviewq\\u0026quot;\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;What\\u0026rsquo;s your single greatest goal ever?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;\/span\\u0026gt;Well, my single greatest goal is to become the\\u0026nbsp;greatest. That\\u0026rsquo;s what I work towards. Also my\\u0026nbsp;mentor and coach Glen Mills. He used to tell\\u0026nbsp;me, \\u0026ldquo;Everybody on the circuit, everybody at the\\u0026nbsp;Championships are talented athletes already.
