Diese Art von Verw\u00f6hnung ist zwar sch\u00f6n und gut, aber wenn sie Ihre einzige Methode ist, um Stress zu bew\u00e4ltigen und sich wirklich um Ihr Wohlbefinden zu k\u00fcmmern, dann sind Sie vielleicht dem Hype um #selfcare auf den Leim gegangen und haben nicht verstanden, was es wirklich ist.<\/span>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Beginnen wir damit, was es <em>IST NICHT<\/em> <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ein vor\u00fcbergehender Trend<\/strong>-auch wenn die Selbstverbesserungsindustrie versucht, Sie vom Gegenteil zu \u00fcberzeugen, <strong>Selbstf\u00fcrsorge ist nicht nur ein Hashtag-Hype<\/strong> und es ist wirklich nichts, was man kaufen oder konsumieren muss.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Glamour\u00f6s<\/strong>-Es ist definitiv <strong>ist nicht immer etwas Sch\u00f6nes oder Instagrammbares;<\/strong> manchmal ist Selbstf\u00fcrsorge geradezu h\u00e4sslich. Von der Einhaltung einer morgendlichen Routine, die deinem Leben ein Gef\u00fchl der Stabilit\u00e4t verleiht, \u00fcber das Schwitzen beim Training, wenn du viel lieber auf der Couch liegen w\u00fcrdest, bis hin zur Erstellung einer Tabelle, die deine Schulden auflistet, und vielleicht der endg\u00fcltigen Trennung von einigen der giftigen Menschen in deinem Leben... <em>sich zu seinem besten Selbst zu bekennen ist nicht immer sch\u00f6n<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eine schnelle L\u00f6sung<\/strong>-Es ist auch nicht etwas, dem man nur Aufmerksamkeit schenkt, wenn man eine Grippe hat oder sich am Rande der Ersch\u00f6pfung f\u00fchlt, nur um sich dann endlich eine Massage und Pedik\u00fcre zu g\u00f6nnen, um sich zu entspannen. Diese Art der schnellen L\u00f6sung ist wirklich <strong>als w\u00fcrde man ein Pflaster auf eine gro\u00dfe Wunde kleben.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Zus\u00e4tzlicher Stress<\/strong>-Es ist auch <strong>sollte nicht nur ein weiterer Punkt auf Ihrer \u2018To-Do\u2019-Liste sein<\/strong> die einem ein schlechtes Gewissen macht, wenn man es nicht schafft, sie abzuhaken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Also, was <em>IS<\/em> Selbstf\u00fcrsorge?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Den eigenen Wert kennen <\/strong>- Selbstf\u00fcrsorge ist der Aufbau einer <strong>Bewusstsein f\u00fcr Ihre k\u00f6rperlichen, emotionalen und geistigen Bed\u00fcrfnisse<\/strong> und ihnen dann Priorit\u00e4t einr\u00e4umen. Es bedeutet, dass Sie sich daf\u00fcr entscheiden, Ihr Wohlbefinden in den Mittelpunkt Ihres Lebens zu stellen, und zwar nicht auf egoistische Weise, sondern in einer Weise, die Ihren eigenen Wert anerkennt und ihn somit ehrt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schwierige Entscheidungen treffen<\/strong>-Manchmal geht es bei der Selbstf\u00fcrsorge darum, Entscheidungen zu treffen, die sich positiv auf Ihr langfristiges Wohlbefinden auswirken. <strong>kann auf kurze Sicht ziemlich \u00e4tzend sein.<\/strong> Es geht darum, nicht in diese schlechten Gewohnheiten und vertrauten selbstsabotierenden Muster zu verfallen, die in Stresssituationen so verlockend sind.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trotz des Anscheins...<\/strong>Selbstf\u00fcrsorge bedeutet, ein Leben aufzubauen, das <em>f\u00fchlt sich <\/em>gut \u00fcber ein Leben, das einfach <em>siehe <\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Alles \u00fcber Akzeptanz-<\/strong> Wahre Selbstf\u00fcrsorge ist <strong>die in Mitgef\u00fchl und liebevollem Umgang mit sich selbst wurzelt,<\/strong> Es geht nicht darum, zu versuchen, \u2018sich selbst zu reparieren\u2019. Es ist eine \u00dcbung, bei der man lernt, sich selbst so zu akzeptieren, wie man ist, und zu verstehen, dass man es verdient, geliebt zu werden, egal was passiert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/><strong>Lernen, Nein zu sagen<\/strong>Ein Gro\u00dfteil des Stresses entsteht dadurch, dass wir unsere Grenzen nicht klar kennen und einfach zu allem Ja sagen, weil es sich \u2018einfacher\u2019 anf\u00fchlt. Manchmal bedeutet Selbstf\u00fcrsorge zu lernen, wann es Zeit ist, zu sagen <em>ja<\/em> vs. wenn es Zeit ist zu tun <em>weniger<\/em>.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Warum es <em>(wirklich!)<\/em> Angelegenheiten <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/>Kennen Sie das Sprichwort \u2018Man kann nicht aus einem leeren Becher sch\u00f6pfen\u2019? Es ist ein zeitloses Sprichwort, denn es stimmt: Wenn Sie m\u00fcde, \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfig gestresst oder einfach ausgebrannt sind, sind Sie bei der Arbeit weniger produktiv und k\u00f6nnen den Menschen, die Ihnen wichtig sind, weniger Liebe und Unterst\u00fctzung geben, ganz zu schweigen davon, dass Sie wahrscheinlich insgesamt weniger zufrieden mit dem Leben sind.<br\/>\n<br\/>Letztendlich k\u00f6nnen nur Sie selbst entscheiden, was Selbstf\u00fcrsorge f\u00fcr Sie bedeutet.
