Im Vorfeld des Internationalen Yoga-Tags am Sonntag haben wir einige der h\u00e4ufigsten Fehler gesammelt, die Sie vermeiden sollten, egal ob Sie Anf\u00e4nger oder erfahrener Yogi sind.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Verweigerung von Requisiten<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Manche Menschen machen den Fehler anzunehmen, dass das Greifen nach einem Klotz oder einem Gurt ein Zeichen von Schw\u00e4che ist, ein Zeichen daf\u00fcr, dass man irgendwie nicht so \u2018gut\u2019 oder \u2018stark\u2019 ist wie die anderen in der Klasse. Aber das ist v\u00f6llig falsch! Requisiten sind eine gro\u00dfartige M\u00f6glichkeit, um <strong>Ihre Praxis zu verbessern und zu unterst\u00fctzen<\/strong>, die es Ihnen erm\u00f6glicht, sich in bestimmten Posen tiefer in einer <strong>sichere Weise<\/strong>. Schauen Sie sich zu Beginn der Stunde die Requisiten an, die auf der Matte des Lehrers gestapelt sind, damit Sie eine Vorstellung davon bekommen, was Sie w\u00e4hrend Ihrer Sitzung ben\u00f6tigen. Es ist eine Praxis der Achtsamkeit und der Vertiefung der Verbindung zu Ihrem K\u00f6rper. Langsam und best\u00e4ndig k\u00f6nnen (und sollten) Sie in jeder Asana Ihre Grenze finden - jenen Punkt, an dem der K\u00f6rper sich dehnt, aber keine scharfen Schmerzsignale gibt - und dann atmen und versuchen, sich an diesem Ort zu entspannen. <strong>Zwingen Sie niemals Ihren K\u00f6rper<\/strong> in eine Lage bringen, in der sie nicht sein will.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>\u00dcben mit vollem Magen <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Bevor Sie auf die Matte gehen, sollten Sie keine gro\u00dfe Mahlzeit zu sich nehmen. Essen im Verdauungstrakt kann die Praxis st\u00f6ren und den Verdauungstrakt w\u00e4hrend der gewundenen Asanas unn\u00f6tig belasten. Au\u00dferdem ist es <strong>kontraproduktiv<\/strong> f\u00fcr diejenigen, die abnehmen wollen: Wenn wir uns mit leerem Magen in einen Flow begeben, kann unser K\u00f6rper seine Energiereserven schneller und effizienter anzapfen.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Den Atem anhalten<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Sich des Atems bewusst zu sein und ihn mit den Bewegungen zu synchronisieren, ist das, was Yoga zu gutem Yoga macht. Ein ruhiger und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Atem hilft uns dabei <strong>sich in und aus Posen bewegen<\/strong>, unser Bewusstsein zu sch\u00e4rfen und <strong>den K\u00f6rper zu reinigen<\/strong>. Die Bedeutung des Atems kann nicht genug betont werden - ohne ihn w\u00fcrden wir aufh\u00f6ren zu existieren.<br\/>\n<br\/>Viele von uns neigen dazu, den Atem anzuhalten, wenn wir anfangen zu flie\u00dfen, oder wir versuchen, unsere Atmung an die des Lehrers anzupassen, besonders in den schwierigeren Positionen. Wenn Sie sich dabei ertappen, nehmen Sie eine <strong>Moment, um sich neu zu konzentrieren<\/strong> auf Ihren eigenen tiefen, bewussten Atemrhythmus. Dies wird Ihnen helfen, zu bleiben <strong>verbunden mit dem eigenen K\u00f6rper<\/strong> und versorgen ihn mit dem n\u00f6tigen Sauerstoff!<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Sich mit anderen zu vergleichen oder sich Gedanken dar\u00fcber zu machen, was andere denken<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Bevor Sie die Klasse betreten, sollten Sie Ihr Ego an der T\u00fcr abgeben. <strong>Yoga ist kein Wettbewerb<\/strong> und sich mit dem Yogi neben dir zu vergleichen, schadet viel mehr als es n\u00fctzt. Sich Sorgen zu machen, was andere denken, oder sich mit anderen im Raum zu vergleichen, lenkt dich vom wahren Ziel des Yoga ab. Denke daran: <strong>dies ist Ihre Praxis und Ihre Reise.<\/strong><br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Auf der Suche nach Perfektion<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Perfektion gibt es beim Yoga nicht. Es hei\u00dft nicht umsonst \"Praxis\" - jeden Tag kann Ihr K\u00f6rper anders aussehen oder sich anders anf\u00fchlen. Es ist eine Technik zur <strong>einen fokussierten Blick herstellen<\/strong> w\u00e4hrend Ihres Praktikums, Unterst\u00fctzung <strong>Selbsterkenntnis<\/strong> und den Geist von unn\u00f6tigen visuellen Ablenkungen zu befreien. \u00dcben Sie <strong>die Augen konzentriert halten<\/strong> und Sie werden erstaunt sein, wie sehr sich Ihre Konzentration, Ihr Gleichgewicht und Ihre Kraft verbessern k\u00f6nnen.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>\u00dcberspringen von Shavasana <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Dies ist wohl der beste Teil des Kurses, auch wenn einige versucht sein m\u00f6gen, diesen \u2018langsamen Teil\u2019 am Ende auszulassen. Aber das ist ein gro\u00dfer Fehler - Shavasana ist die abschlie\u00dfende Entspannungshaltung, die es dem Geist erlaubt, zu entgleiten und den K\u00f6rper zu entspannen. <strong>alle neuen Informationen zu integrieren und aufzunehmen<\/strong> die sie im Laufe des Kurses erhalten hat. Denken Sie daran: Shavasana ist eine Pose wie jede andere auch.
