WENN DU AN DIE WELTMEISTERSCHAFTEN IN NEU-DELHI IN DIESEM JAHR UND VOR ALLEM AN DIE PARALYMPICS 2024 IN PARIS DENKST: WAS IST DER MOMENT, DER DIR AM MEISTEN IN ERINNERUNG GEBLIEBEN IST?<br><\/span>Diese beiden Meisterschaften h\u00e4tten unterschiedlicher nicht sein k\u00f6nnen. Paris war einer der Tiefpunkte meiner Karriere. Ich \u00fcberquerte die Ziellinie, feierte meine Silbermedaille \u2013 und dann kam die Ank\u00fcndigung: Regelversto\u00df, ich hatte die Linie \u00fcberschritten. Disqualifiziert. In diesem Moment war ich v\u00f6llig demotiviert. Aber daraus entstand etwas. Ich beschloss: Ich mache weiter, ich lasse mich davon nicht aufhalten. Die n\u00e4chsten Weltmeisterschaften standen bevor, und dort wollte ich zeigen, was ich kann. R\u00fcckblickend ist diese Entscheidung einer der Momente, auf die ich am meisten stolz bin \u2013 dass ich diese Geschichte in ein Comeback verwandelt habe.<br><br>Der Moment in Indien, als ich Gold \u00fcber 100 und 200 Meter gewann, war etwas Besonderes. Aber r\u00fcckblickend geht es im Sport viel mehr um das, was davor passiert: die Herausforderungen, die Zweifel, die Beharrlichkeit. Das ist wahr.<br><br>Aber ich denke, die Mischung ist entscheidend. Wenn man nur verliert, bekommt man nie die Chance, das Gelernte anzuwenden. Daf\u00fcr braucht man Momente des Erfolgs. Nach meinem 100-Meter-Lauf in Delhi dachte ich auch, dass ich einige Dinge besser h\u00e4tte machen k\u00f6nnen. Mein Trainer sagte: \u201cFelix, du hast gewonnen. Sei stolz darauf.\u201d Und er hatte Recht. Aber meine Einstellung ist oft: Wie kann es noch besser werden?<br><br><span class=\"interviewq\">HAT SICH DEINE BEZIEHUNG ZUR PERFORMANCE UND ZU DEINEM K\u00d6RPER IM LAUFE DER JAHRE VER\u00c4NDERT?<\/span>Auf jeden Fall. Ich habe verschiedene Trainingssysteme durchlaufen und gelernt, wie wichtig Best\u00e4ndigkeit ist. Wenn man st\u00e4ndig an seine Grenzen geht, \u00fcberlastet man seinen K\u00f6rper und verliert dann Zeit, weil man zwei Schritte zur\u00fcckgehen muss. In diesem Jahr ist es mir zum ersten Mal gelungen, mich im Training zur\u00fcckzuhalten, mich stetig zu steigern und im Wettkampf die zus\u00e4tzlichen zehn Prozent herauszuholen.<br>Deshalb ist die Zusammenarbeit mit meinem Coach so wichtig. Er erkennt den Moment, in dem genug genug ist. Das erkenne ich selbst nicht immer.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Also ist Erfolg auch die F\u00e4higkeit, Hilfe anzunehmen?<\/span>Auf jeden Fall. Erfolg kommt nie allein. Ich bin zwar derjenige auf der Bahn, aber hinter mir steht ein Team, das mich korrigiert, unterst\u00fctzt und st\u00e4rkt. Im Training \u00fcbergebe ich die Kontrolle an meinen Trainer \u2013 ich vertraue darauf, dass er die richtigen Entscheidungen trifft. Im Wettkampf verschiebt sich diese Dynamik: Dann muss das Team mir vertrauen, dass ich die Kontrolle \u00fcbernehme. Jeder leistet seinen Beitrag. Nur so funktioniert es.<br><br><span class=\"interviewq\">PUMA BEGLEITET SIE BEREITS SEIT MEHREREN JAHREN. WAS BEDEUTET DIESE PARTNERSCHAFT F\u00dcR SIE?<\/span>Sehr viel. PUMA hat mit mir den Schritt in den paralympischen Spitzensport gewagt, und das verbindet uns. Damals war das ein v\u00f6llig neues Gebiet f\u00fcr die Marke, und ich war beeindruckt von ihrer Offenheit. Zu sehen, wie viele Athleten heute PUMA tragen und wie aktiv die Marke in der Para-Szene geworden ist, ist f\u00fcr mich etwas Besonderes, weil ich diese Entwicklung miterlebt habe.<br><br>Ich f\u00fchle mich bei PUMA sehr wohl. Die Menschen reden miteinander, sie h\u00f6ren einander zu, und ich habe das Gef\u00fchl, dass mein Feedback in der Entwicklung wirklich in die Produkte einflie\u00dft. INWIEWEIT PR\u00c4GT DAS IHR TRAINING?<\/span>Technologie und Ausr\u00fcstung sind im paralympischen Sport keine Nebensache, sondern eine Symbiose zwischen Mensch und Technik. Um Leistung zu bringen, muss alles so eingestellt sein, dass ich kraftvoll laufen kann, ohne Schmerzen und ohne Druckstellen. Das beginnt bei der Prothese selbst, setzt sich fort mit dem perfekt an meinen K\u00f6rper angepassten Schaft und umfasst auch die Frage, wie steif oder weich die Klinge sein soll. Ohne das funktioniert nichts.<br><br><span class=\"interviewq\">GIBT ES EIN PUMA-PRODUKT, DAS SIE ALS BAHNBRECHEND BEZEICHNEN W\u00dcRDEN?<\/span>Ja. Die von uns gemeinsam entwickelte Spike-Sohle war ein Wendepunkt. In dieser Form gab es sie f\u00fcr Prothesen noch nicht, und ohne sie k\u00f6nnte ich heute nicht auf diesem Niveau sprinten. Ich habe den Unterschied schon beim ersten Lauf gesp\u00fcrt \u2013 wir Sprinter merken selbst kleinste Ver\u00e4nderungen sofort.<br><br>Der PUMA Forte NITRO<sup>TM<\/sup> Der Elite Spike, den ich derzeit trage, ist ebenfalls extrem gut entwickelt. Er f\u00fchlt sich harmonisch an, passt perfekt, h\u00e4lt Sprintbelastungen stand und unterst\u00fctzt meine Bewegung, anstatt sie zu behindern. Das merkt man schon nach ein oder zwei L\u00e4ufen \u2013 sowohl beim Gef\u00fchl als auch bei den Zeiten.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">WAS BEWIRKEN DIESE TECHNOLOGIEN TATS\u00c4CHLICH IN BEZUG AUF REAKTIVIT\u00c4T, ENERGIE\u00dcBERTRAGUNG UND STABILIT\u00c4T?<\/span>Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Schritt war, mich von sehr steifen Modellen zu verabschieden. Jetzt habe ich einen Schuh, der weicher und flexibler ist und sich harmonischer anf\u00fchlt. Die Carbonplatte und der Schaumstoff arbeiten zusammen, sodass ich beim Abrollen und Absto\u00dfen direktes Feedback bekomme. Es f\u00fchlt sich an, als w\u00e4re der Schuh Teil meiner Bewegung \u2013 und das macht letztendlich den Unterschied aus.<br><br><span class=\"interviewq\">WAS IST NOTWENDIG, DAMIT INNOVATION UND INKLUSION IM SPORT HAND IN HAND GEHEN?<\/span>St\u00e4ndiger Austausch. Wir sind technologisch auf einem hohen Niveau, aber echter Fortschritt entsteht nicht isoliert in einem Labor. Er entsteht, wenn Sportler, Trainer und Entwickler zusammenarbeiten, Produkte testen, Feedback geben und Dinge verbessern.<br><br>Diese letzten Prozente, die im Spitzensport z\u00e4hlen, kommen nur dann zum Tragen, wenn alle an einem Tisch sitzen. Produkte m\u00fcssen getestet werden, Fehler m\u00fcssen erlaubt sein, und niemand sollte glauben, alles alleine l\u00f6sen zu k\u00f6nnen. Ich habe gelernt, wie leicht man in die Falle tappen kann, alles perfekt machen zu wollen. Perfektion erzeugt Druck, und Druck blockiert einen. Das Training ist der Ort, an dem man Dinge ausprobieren und auch mal falsche Entscheidungen treffen kann. Wenn ich scheitere, dann lieber im Training als im Wettkampf.<br><br>F\u00fcr mich bedeutet Training nicht, perfekt zu funktionieren \u2013 es bedeutet, den Mut zu haben, es zu versuchen.
