Ich denke, das ist der kluge und richtige Weg.\u201d<br><br>Jeder Schritt erforderte neue Reife - nicht nur k\u00f6rperlich, sondern auch geistig. \u201cMan muss lernen, auszuhalten\u201d, sagt Klara. \u201cBei langen Strecken muss man sich damit abfinden, dass der Schmerz l\u00e4nger anh\u00e4lt. Vor ein paar Jahren war ich dazu noch nicht bereit.\u201d<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><h2>Lernen, den Schmerz anzunehmen<\/h2>Klara gibt zu, dass das Laufen nie wirklich einfacher wird.<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnNarrow spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_quote\" >\u201cIch dachte immer, je besser ich werde, desto leichter wird es\u201d, sagt sie. \u201cAber das ist nicht der Fall, man wird nur widerstandsf\u00e4higer. Man lernt zu akzeptieren, dass es schwer sein wird, und man lernt, es trotzdem durchzustehen.\u201d<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_default\" >Diese Denkweise war der Schl\u00fcssel zu ihrer Entwicklung. \u201cWenn ich einen schwierigen Moment habe, versuche ich, ihn aufzulockern\u201d, sagt sie. \u201cManchmal sage ich mir etwas Lustiges, fange in meinem Kopf an zu singen oder konzentriere mich auf die jubelnde Menge am Rande der Strecke. Die Atmosph\u00e4re ist auch der Grund, warum ich den Stra\u00dfenlauf so sehr liebe.\u201d<br><br>In Valencia hat sich diese mentale St\u00e4rke ausgezahlt. \u201cVor dem Start habe ich meinem Trainer gesagt, dass es schon entschieden ist - ich habe das Gef\u00fchl, dass es gut laufen wird. Also habe ich einfach alles gegeben\u201d, erinnert sie sich. Das Ergebnis - ein nationaler Rekord bei ihrem ersten Versuch - war eine Best\u00e4tigung, nicht nur f\u00fcr ihr rekordverd\u00e4chtiges Deb\u00fct, sondern auch f\u00fcr den Beweis, dass sie zu den Besten geh\u00f6ren kann.<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><h2>Die Disziplin des Werdens<br><\/h2>Hinter den Ergebnissen steht eine ruhige, konsequente Disziplin. \u201cDie meisten meiner Tage sind nicht so lustig, wie die Leute denken\u201d, gibt sie zu. \u201cEs ist Routine. Man geht raus, auch wenn es regnet oder friert, und man tut, was auf dem Plan steht. Nur so w\u00e4chst man.\u201d<br><br>Ihr Erfolg hat nicht nur mit der Kilometerleistung zu tun. \u201cDas Training ist nur ein Teil. Physiotherapie, Erholung, Ern\u00e4hrung und die mentale Seite - alles muss in Einklang gebracht werden\u201d, sagt sie. \u201cIch gehe fr\u00fch zu Bett, wache fr\u00fch auf und m\u00f6chte den Tag produktiv beginnen. Sie geht die Entfernung - und das Leben - ganz bewusst an. \u201cEs ist am ges\u00fcndesten, den Abstand langsam zu vergr\u00f6\u00dfern\u201d, erkl\u00e4rt sie. \u201cDer K\u00f6rper braucht Zeit, um sich anzupassen. Wenn man zu schnell vorgeht, riskiert man Verletzungen, und das f\u00fcrchtet jeder Sportler.\u201d<br><br>F\u00fcr einen Athleten, der auf der Jagd nach Sekunden ist, macht die Balance zwischen Erm\u00fcdung und Form den Unterschied aus. Wenn Ihre Ausr\u00fcstung mit Ihnen zusammenarbeitet, k\u00f6nnen Sie sich auf das konzentrieren, was wirklich z\u00e4hlt - das Laufen selbst.<br><blockquote><br>\u201cIch mag den Deviate NITRO Elite 3 von PUMA sehr\u201d, sagt sie. \u201cDer Schaumstoff federt so gut, ist leicht und sch\u00fctzt trotzdem. Nach langen L\u00e4ufen kann ich wirklich sp\u00fcren, wie viel schneller sich meine Beine erholen.\u201d<br><\/blockquote><br>Mit einem intelligenten, organischen Plan, einem Trainer, dem sie vertraut, und den Hilfsmitteln, die ihr helfen, ihr Bestes zu geben, f\u00fchlt sie sich bereit f\u00fcr mehr. \u201cN\u00e4chstes Jahr werde ich auf jeden Fall mehr Halbmarathons laufen\u201d, sagt sie. \u201cUnd wenn die Zeit gekommen ist, werden wir \u00fcber den Marathon sprechen. Aber es gibt noch Raum f\u00fcr Verbesserungen. Ich m\u00f6chte da hineinwachsen.\u201d<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><h2>In Dankbarkeit geerdet<\/h2>Das, was Klara durch die Schinderei tr\u00e4gt, ist Dankbarkeit. \u201cAls ich ein Kind war, habe ich nie davon getr\u00e4umt, eine professionelle L\u00e4uferin zu werden\u201d, gibt sie zu. \u201cIch konnte mir nie vorstellen, zu den Olympischen Spielen zu fahren. Aber das Leben hat mich hierher gef\u00fchrt, und ich bin so dankbar. Ich m\u00f6chte diesen Lebensstil so lange wie m\u00f6glich leben.\u201d<br><br><br>Ihre Partnerschaft mit PUMA hat ihre Motivation noch verst\u00e4rkt. \u201cEs f\u00fchlt sich pers\u00f6nlich an\u201d, sagt sie. \u201cWenn ich mit Julia von PUMA spreche, ist es ein Gespr\u00e4ch auf Augenh\u00f6he. Eine jubelnde Menge, ein guter Kaffee nach einem langen Lauf, ein entspannter Tag mit der Familie. Physiotherapy, recovery, nutrition, and the mental side \\u0026ndash; everything has to be aligned,\\u0026rdquo; she says. \\u0026ldquo;I go to bed early, wake up early, and I like to start the day productively.
