Ich mag wirklich <strong>Zirkeltraining mit hoher Intensit\u00e4t, insbesondere HIIT (High Intensity Intervals)<\/strong> mit \u00dcbungen wie Jump Squats, Long Sprinters und High Knees. Die Geschwindigkeit der Ausf\u00fchrung und die Anzahl der Wiederholungen machen den Unterschied, um die Ergebnisse zu optimieren, aber an der Basis von allem ist die Ausf\u00fchrungstechnik, die immer perfekt sein muss, um die maximalen Ergebnisse zu erzielen und Verletzungen zu vermeiden. Auch die Wahl des richtigen Schuhs kann den Unterschied ausmachen. Ich habe mich f\u00fcr den neuen <strong>PUMA LQD Zelle Hydra<\/strong> die mir dank der Verwendung innovativer Technologien und eines Polstersystems, das die Stabilit\u00e4t erh\u00f6ht und die Sto\u00dfd\u00e4mpfung verbessert, stets maximalen Halt bieten. <strong>Diese Schuhe haben meine Art zu trainieren wirklich ver\u00e4ndert<\/strong>. Das andere Training, das ich gerne mache, ist Laufen.  Ich mag Laufen und mache es immer und \u00fcberall. Es ist wichtig, eine <strong>gutes Herz-Kreislauf-System<\/strong>W\u00e4hrend der Qualifikation steigt der Herzschlag auf 190 pro Minute, und w\u00e4hrend des Rennens, das zwei Stunden dauert, hat man ein Herz, das auf 160\/170 Schl\u00e4ge pro Minute ansteigt.  Deshalb mache ich eine <strong>viel Laufen<\/strong> und mindestens eine Sprinteinheit in jedem Training, bestehend aus 2 Minuten Sprints und 1 Minute Erholung, wiederholt f\u00fcr 5 Serien.  Dann f\u00fcge ich immer eine Menge von <strong>Stretching und Yoga<\/strong>.  Ich mache auch Gewichte, aber nie \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfig viel, denn mehr Muskeln bedeuten mehr Gewicht, und um eine Formel 1 zu fahren, kann ich mein Gewicht nicht viel erh\u00f6hen.<strong>\n<\/strong><br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><strong class=\"textStyle_description\">LEWIS: AUF PFLANZLICHER BASIS ERN\u00c4HREN<\/strong>\n<br\/><strong>Men's Health:<\/strong>\nHilft Ihnen Ihre pflanzliche Ern\u00e4hrung, an der Spitze zu bleiben?\u00a0 \u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Lewis Hamilton:<\/strong>\nIch war schon vor der Umstellung auf diese Art von Ern\u00e4hrung ganz oben, aber ich habe mehr gemacht und meine Energie war nicht konstant: Ich hatte Tage, an denen ich voller Energie war, und Tage, an denen ich weniger Energie hatte.  Als ich auf eine pflanzliche Ern\u00e4hrung umstellte, gingen diese H\u00f6hen und Tiefen deutlich zur\u00fcck, und jetzt ist mein Energielevel jeden Tag konstant. Die positiven Auswirkungen der Ern\u00e4hrung machten sich auch beim Schlaf, bei der Neigung zu Allergien und bei meiner Gesundheit im Allgemeinen bemerkbar. Ich habe mich nie besser gef\u00fchlt. Und das Beste daran ist, dass es nur besser wird. Normalerweise versuchen die Leute diese Di\u00e4t und h\u00f6ren nach ein paar Wochen auf.\u00a0 <strong>Ich halte mich seit drei Jahren an diese Di\u00e4t, und ich sehe immer noch Vorteile.<\/strong>.  Mein K\u00f6rper wird immer besser, ich werde flexibler. Der Planet hat heute zu viele Probleme: das Leiden der Tiere und die Bedrohung durch den vom Menschen verursachten Klimawandel. <strong>Ich m\u00f6chte nicht Teil des Problems sein, sondern Teil der L\u00f6sung.<\/strong> Ich trage also nicht zu dem Problem bei: Ich kaufe weder Milch noch Fleisch und trage auch nicht zum Wachstum dieser Industrien bei.  Au\u00dferdem habe ich keine Nachteile: Ich verliere keine Muskelmasse, mir geht es gut, ich sehe nur Vorteile und gewinne weiter.  Ich hoffe, das ermutigt auch andere, diese Di\u00e4t zu machen. The speed of execution and the number of repetitions make the difference to optimize the results, but at the base of everything is the execution technique, which must always be perfect, to give the maximum results and avoid injuries. Even the choice of the right shoe can make the difference. I have chosen the new \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;PUMA LQD Cell Hydra\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; which, thanks to the use of innovative technologies and a padding system that increases stability and improves shock absorption, always offer me maximum support. \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;These shoes have really changed my\u00a0 way to train\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;. The other workout that I love doing is running.\u00a0 I like running and I do it always and everywhere.
