Er erwartet, dass die Routine <strong>seine Fitness aufrechterhalten<\/strong> und dazu beitragen, eine <strong>positive Einstellung<\/strong>. Langstreckenl\u00e4ufer neigen dazu, dieses Training auszulassen, da es langweilig sein kann, wenn man 10 bis 20 km in sehr langsamem Tempo laufen muss.
