Der f\u00fchrende Neurowissenschaftler und Schlafexperte Matthew Walker hat das gesagt: <strong>\u201cDie k\u00f6rperlichen und geistigen Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen, die durch eine Nacht mit schlechtem Schlaf verursacht werden, \u00fcbertreffen die Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen, die durch einen entsprechenden Mangel an Nahrung oder Bewegung entstehen.\u201d<\/strong> Und doch konzentrieren sich so viele Menschen auf die Spitze des Eisbergs, passen Makron\u00e4hrstoffe an und trainieren sich in den Boden.\nDer Schlaf erm\u00f6glicht es dem K\u00f6rper, sich zu regenerieren, zu erholen, zu lernen, zu wachsen und sich zu erneuern. Zu den kurzfristigen Nebenwirkungen von zu wenig oder schlechtem Schlaf geh\u00f6ren Leistungseinbu\u00dfen, Gewichtszunahme, verminderte Immunfunktion, Stimmungsschwankungen, erh\u00f6hte Stressreaktivit\u00e4t, verminderte Lebensqualit\u00e4t, schlechtes Ged\u00e4chtnis und beeintr\u00e4chtigte kognitive Funktionen. Langfristig erh\u00f6ht Schlafmangel nachweislich das Risiko f\u00fcr <strong>Herzkrankheiten, gewichtsbedingte Krankheiten, Krebs, Bluthochdruck und Diabetes Typ 2<\/strong> sowie eine geringere Lebensqualit\u00e4t. The short-term side effects of limited or poor-quality sleep include impaired performance, weight gain, reduced immune function, mood swings, increased stress reactivity, reduced quality of life, poor memory and impaired cognitive function. In the long term, sleep loss has been found to increase the risk of \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;heart disease, weight-related illness, cancer, hypertension and type 2 diabetes\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; as well as reduced quality of life.
