Superfoods beschreiben Lebensmittel, meist auf pflanzlicher Basis, von denen man annimmt, dass sie <strong>einen besonders hohen Gehalt an gesundheitsf\u00f6rdernden N\u00e4hrstoffen enthalten<\/strong>. Typische Inhaltsstoffe, die gelobt werden, sind <strong>Antioxidantien, gesunde Fette und eine Vielzahl von sekund\u00e4ren Pflanzenstoffen<\/strong> (Chemikalien, die f\u00fcr Geruch und Farbe verantwortlich sind). Die meisten Superfoods enthalten tats\u00e4chlich einen h\u00f6heren Gehalt an diesen N\u00e4hrstoffen. Oft werden die <strong>die Tests werden mit enormen Dosen der spezifischen chemischen Komponente durchgef\u00fchrt<\/strong> und die Tests werden nicht an Menschen, sondern an M\u00e4usen durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Dosen, die erforderlich sind, um tats\u00e4chlich eine messbare Wirkung zu erzielen, sind oft <strong>v\u00f6llig unrealistisch auf eine normale Ern\u00e4hrung \u00fcbertragen<\/strong>. Man m\u00fcsste schon tonnenweise Superfood-Beeren und -N\u00fcsse essen, um auch nur ann\u00e4hernd die Wirkung zu erzielen, die in Labortests ermittelt wurde. Aber dennoch haben diese N\u00e4hrstoffe n\u00fctzliche Eigenschaften und sind in Superfoods in h\u00f6heren Dosen enthalten, also k\u00f6nnen sie nicht schlecht sein ... oder?<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><h2>Die dunkle Seite der Superfoods<\/h2>\n<br\/>Irgendetwas ist faul im Staate der Superfoods. Etwas, das es wirklich notwendig macht, Sie vor Superfoods zu warnen. Das Naturprodukt mag zwar gut f\u00fcr Sie sein, aber Sie stehen nicht in einem chinesischen Regenwald und pfl\u00fccken faul eine Goji-Beere von einem nahen Busch. <strong>Das Zeug, das in Superm\u00e4rkten verkauft wird, kann schlecht f\u00fcr Sie sein.<\/strong> Hier ist der Grund daf\u00fcr:<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Auf die Mischung kommt es an. Viele Produkte, die in Superm\u00e4rkten als Superfoods verkauft werden, enthalten nur geringe Mengen des jeweiligen Superfoods. Stattdessen sind viele Produkte bis zum Rand gef\u00fcllt mit <strong>Zucker, verarbeitete Lebensmittel und viele F\u00fcllstoffe.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Die Qualit\u00e4t der Pr\u00fcfungen ist oft mangelhaft. Es gab mehrere Skandale im Zusammenhang mit den Ergebnissen von <strong>Pestizide, Herbizide und Bakterien.<\/strong> Insbesondere bei den gepriesenen Goji-Beeren wurden h\u00e4ufig Pestizidr\u00fcckst\u00e4nde, Schwermetallbelastungen und Mykotoxine (Pilzgifte) festgestellt.<\/li>\n<li>Viele Superfoods sind exotisch und wachsen nicht dort, wo Sie leben. Das bedeutet, sie m\u00fcssen <strong>\u00fcber gro\u00dfe Entfernungen transportiert und in unreifem Zustand geerntet werden<\/strong>, Dadurch sinkt die N\u00e4hrstoffdichte weiter. Au\u00dferdem f\u00fchren Transporte h\u00e4ufig zu Verunreinigungen. Sie k\u00f6nnen gut f\u00fcr Sie sein, aber Sie m\u00fcssen die Produkte, die Sie kaufen, genau pr\u00fcfen. Trotzdem ist es toll, dass Sie sich f\u00fcr sie interessieren. Es zeigt, dass Sie sich bem\u00fchen <strong>gesund zu leben und sich zu verbessern.<\/strong> Auch wenn viele Superfoods den Aufwand nicht wert sind oder sogar sch\u00e4dlich sein k\u00f6nnen, ist es doch ein guter Anfang f\u00fcr ein ges\u00fcnderes Leben, wenn man auf seine Ern\u00e4hrung achtet.
