All diese Aspekte werden bei der Auswahl eines Trailschuhs ber\u00fccksichtigt.\nAuf technischen Trails werden Grip und Robustheit sehr wichtig. Die F\u00e4higkeit, rutschige Felsen oder instabile Untergr\u00fcnde sicher zu bew\u00e4ltigen, macht den Unterschied zwischen dem Finden von Flow und dem Wandern aus. Steife Schuhe mit tief sitzenden Stollen eignen sich am besten f\u00fcr technisches Gel\u00e4nde, sind aber nicht als komfortable Stra\u00dfenlaufschuhe geeignet.\nWenn Sie einen Hybrid-Schuh suchen, sorgen k\u00fcrzere Stollen (2-4 mm) f\u00fcr ein weicheres Laufgef\u00fchl auf der Stra\u00dfe, bieten aber dennoch gen\u00fcgend Grip f\u00fcr einen sicheren Stand.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><em>Was ist mit Barfu\u00dflaufen?<\/em><br\/>\n<br\/>Beim Laufen werden gro\u00dfe Kr\u00e4fte auf Kn\u00f6chel, Knie und H\u00fcfte ausge\u00fcbt, wenn die F\u00fc\u00dfe den Boden ber\u00fchren. Barfu\u00dfl\u00e4ufer haben einen k\u00fcrzeren Schritt, d. h. eine h\u00f6here Trittfrequenz, wodurch die Belastung f\u00fcr den Unterk\u00f6rper verringert wird.<br\/>\n<br\/>Dieses Konzept wurde in einen minimalistischen Schuh integriert, der die F\u00fc\u00dfe vor den Elementen sch\u00fctzen und gleichzeitig das Barfu\u00dflaufen imitieren soll. Ein Schuh mit einer harten, flachen Sohle erm\u00f6glicht es Ihnen, mehr Kraft zu erzeugen, was zu einer <strong>gr\u00f6\u00dferer Aufzug.\n<\/strong>Im Allgemeinen sollte der Abstand zwischen Ferse und Zehen 4 mm oder weniger betragen.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/><em>Wie sieht es mit Hebeschuhen mit erh\u00f6htem Absatz aus?<\/em><br\/>\n<br\/>Eine erh\u00f6hte Ferse verbessert die Beweglichkeit der Kn\u00f6chel und die Rumpfposition bei Hebungen wie dem Rei\u00dfen oder dem Sto\u00dfen und sorgt f\u00fcr eine tiefere, aufrechtere Haltung bei der Kniebeuge. Die meisten CrossFit-Schuhe haben eine flache Sohle (\u00e4hnlich der eines Hebeschuhs) mit mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr mehr Bewegung.
