Indem Sie Ihren Platz in einer Gruppe finden, die Ihre Ziele unterst\u00fctzt, zeigen Sie die positiven Gewohnheiten, die Sie entwickeln m\u00f6chten, und die t\u00e4glichen Verhaltens\u00e4nderungen werden zu einer Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit. Ich pers\u00f6nlich finde das unglaublich spannend. Am Ende der Klasse zu stehen und sich anzustrengen, um mitzuhalten, bedeutet garantierte Verbesserung. <strong>Das bedeutet, dass Sie am richtigen Ort sind.<\/strong> Ich w\u00fcrde den Nutzen einer Trainingseinheit in Frage stellen, die man vor den anderen schnell hinter sich bringt (au\u00dfer zum Zwecke der Selbstbest\u00e4tigung).
